The self-announced 'Descent of the Divine' to save the entire planet is now getting a few local water and health problems fixed with other people's money - while also wasting many millions donated on self-promotions and building monuments to himself and now yet another luxurious palace building, always constantly trumpeting his own name and fame. He is now minded to take a world tour! In short, to leave India with all the horrific problems he said his 'advent' would solve before he ever travelled abroad!
