Cooper Union is asked why they are ignoring

SERIOUS CRIMINAL CHARGES

leveled against Sathya Sai Baba.

In her letter to David Greenstein at Cooper Union, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Barbara Shocket questions why he is ignoring the serious criminal charges against cult guru leader and making a grave mistake in leasing the Cooper Union Great Hall to the Sathya Sai Baba Organization of America.

Dear Mr. Greenstein

The meeting you are about to host in your hall for the Sathya Sai Baba devotees aims at lauding an Indian guru, who has been accused of pedophilia. This is a SERIOUS charge. I, as a Mental Health Professional MUST uphold the duty to report all sexual abuse of minor children to the proper authorities. These are CRIMINAL charges. How can you ignore these charges?

By now you are undoubtedly aware of the forthcoming BBC documentary "The Secret Swami" - and surely out of a moral responsibility you must have looked at these charges on various websites.

If you have any questions, I invite you to phone me to discuss this situation.

The "rights" of pedophiles are severly restricted by our American society. We have to assume their culpability, until proven otherwise (unlike other felons). Please be aware that you are making a grave mistake in leasing your hall to the Sai Baba organization.
