The Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning Sports Complex is a modern sports-centre and has a disposal of sufficient instruments; it amply meets the needs of the students of the University. At the back of the building is an enormous playground, an indoor volley-ball-ground, an indoor table-tennis-ground, a cricket-field, a football-field, a basketball-field, a tennis-ground, etc.

Every year in January, the sports-committee organises a great sports-manifestation, in which every campus of Prasanthi Nilayam takes part, in the presence of Sai Baba himself.
