Sathya Sai on Wikipedia The debate about what one can and can't say about Sathya Sai Baba continues on Wikipedia, where some of the most recalcitrant pro-Sai followers still post subjective points of view and avoid the rules for objective documentation on Wikipedia, ignoring the input of serious persons with well-documented materials.

Sathya Sai Baba - Good and Evil Who is responsible for the bad (sometimes called 'evil') in the world? Sai Baba claims it is not him but everyone else, but his arguments are a mish-mash of conflicting and bogus reasons.

Indulal Shah, flawed exponent of Sathya Sai Baba's precepts For decades I. Shah was the leader of the Sathya Sai Organization, where he was so authoritarian and self-importantly rude to his 'subordinates' that it set a bad example and lost many competent persons to any good works that were actually done.

Sai Baba- self-transformation through divine love? and Transformation of people by Sathya Sai Baba One hears a lot about this, but it is always personal and subjective with accounts of how good a person one became after being 'transformed' by Sathya Sai Baba.

Petition For Official Investigation Into Sathya Sai Baba Cult
The reasons for the organizing of a public petition are clear to those who know how the Sathya Sai Organization's cultist leaders suppress every single untoward incident and all feed-back from followers so as to polish Sai Baba's already badly stained image

On Sathya Sai Baba and good works Good works - social and educations projects - do not erase ill deeds, such as Sai Baba's personal involvement in the cover-up of murders in his own bedroom. See a recently emerged police report on Sai Baba's major bribery cover-up

Phyllis Krystal and Sai Baba Youth, UK
Mrs. Krystal was reportedly apprised of sexual molestations abuses by Sathya Sai Baba by various persons, yet she claimned that he is God and hences can do anything he wishes.

Love and Light - Sathya Sai Organization UK The Indian community in Leicester will no doubt predominate at the new Sathya Sai school in the newly-acquired building. This will be a school based on familes having sectarian beliefs og a most irrtational kind and an educational ideal which is religiously fundamentalist in many respects.

Prominent Indians Berate India’s Rife Political Corruption Because dissenters who have left Sai baba point out how he and his key servitors have only deepened the corruption that is rife in India, they are attacked as being "India bashers". They never bash India or Indians as such, but only those corrupt and criminal politicians, godmen and organizations and the many illegal and superstitious practices which curtail the liberty and human rights of the vast deprived hundreds of millions, not least dissenting minorities.

India's election gives some hope The Congress party were reelected in sufficient numbers to make an effective government which promises a revival of secularism and taking more account of the needs of the poor and suffering than has been possible for decades. The increasingly aware electorat - including 400 million new young voters - showed their concern for underemployment, land alienation, credit failures, migration and a severe deficit of human security - and mot least their need for food security, sanitation, reduction of massive bribery and their inequality and powerlessness in practice before the law... plus many other terrible ills and social failings.

Sathya Sai Baba makes many promises But many followers experience that he does not keep them. They try to rationalise this by all kinds of acrobatic twists and turns of mind. Read some examples of his break of trust and how it is explained away by those who are too deeply committed for too long to dare to see the facts in the face.

Sai Baba: boys as properties (and 'improper ties') Sai baba claims that he has not property, and that his only property is his students. How come? What kind of 'ownership' does he exercise over them? One does not need to look far to find out. See also Sathya Sai Baba's promises - part 1 - part 2 - part 3

Sathya Sai Baba Sect: A Crisis of Trust Some of the increasingly apparent facts that bear out those critical of Sathya Sai Baba and his cult is that his movement is eroding from within.

Golden Age of the Avatar The repeated announcements of a Golden Age by Sai baba have been confounded time and again. The literally incredible ’spiritual’ world transformation by Sai Baba and his followers is all sheer make-believe, as events have demonstrated. Read about Rita Bruce's report on Sai Baba's prophesy!

A Cult’s Powerful Grip. (Sathya Sai Baba Sect Example)
Many Sai devotees have responded to those in dissent ignoring that they themselves long honored the integrity, devotion and dedication to service of many who have since left, among these being long-time foremost leaders. The cultic grip on minds is revealed more and more in the Sathya Sai movement.

Some prominent ex-devotees of Sathya Sai Baba A list of many dissenters, from founder members of Sathya Sai Organization centres and leading officer-bearers to prominent members and other followers who have left Sai Baba - overwhelmingly since the revelations which became widespread from 1999 onwards.

Sathya Sai Baba and the truth
The name 'Sathya' translates a 'truth'. Does this self-proclaimed omniscient saviour of mankind live up to his word? Some of his statements are posted here and examined carefully.

Inscrutable, accounting to no man, Sathya Sai Baba Proclaiming that he is a mystery beyond the reach of any human investigation, Sathya Sai Baba requires that his followers do not investigate him in any way other than that he prescribes... unquestioning faith and belief in his word and actions.

Understanding Sathya Sai Baba's responses to questions On how nearly all followers who have sparse contact with Sathya Sai Baba attain contact through accepted ways of taking his often ambiguous words and his behaviour at darshan. Also Sai Baba believers’ programmatic misinterpretations

Indulal Shah, cover-up man for Sai Baba Former Chairman of the world-wide Sathya Sai Organization was an extremely autocratic 'ruler' of office-bearers and member followers, allowing no feedback and excluding all those who he - or his main supporters - disliked.

Press Council of India Long Silent On Sathya Sai Baba Bedroom Killings The Press Council of India was asked by the Anantapur District Journalists' Union to inquire into the criticism of Sri Sathya Sai Baba against the Press for publishing news items and special articles on the June 6 incident that occurred in Prashanthi Nilayam in which six persons were killed. No response was forthcoming. See also Indian Newspaper Reports of Killings In Sai Baba’s Bedroom

The Fame of Name and Person - Sai Baba part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4 and part 5 A series of blogs giving insight into the causes of the continued following of this 'avatar' despite major and widespread revelations about his name and fame, his social projects, how he runs his ashrams and followership and not least about 'ungodly' behaviour

The worship of Sathya Sai Baba's person Having set himself up as a divine incarnation from his youth onwards, Sathya Sai Baba is the focus of a kind of mythology - especially among India devotees. This process of mythologisation of almost everything about him apparently gets more widespread as he becomes less available for personal contacts and continues to be unaccountable and beyond the scrutiny of anyone in his many private hours.

Sathya Sai Baba on 'free will' On no other subject, perhaps, is Sathya Sai vaguer - and often directly self-contradicting - than on that of human will... whether we have any degree of freedom or not. He emphasises total fatalism more often than he supports a degree of free will...

Sai Baba's humility and grandeur It is said by some close devotees that Sathya Sai Baba is the essence of humility. How this accords with his claims to be God Incarnate, to hold all power of the cosmos in one hand, to be able to transform earth into sky and vice-versa, is an enigma... unless one realises the arrogance and megalomania present.

Sathya Sai Baba as world saviour Well-known proclamations by Sathya Sai Baba are quoted on how he intends to save the planet and humanity... as well as some of his more incredible prophecies which have so far not come to pass.

Sathya Sai Baba says the whole world loves him, but can that be so? Some of the evidence is examined here, and references are given to sources.

Sathya Sai Baba as supreme servant of mankind Sathya Sai has laid claim to being the person on earth who does one thousand more times than any other to help humanity. On what is this claim based... here are some of the answers.

No Nobel Peace Prize For Self-Claimed God of Gods Sathya Sai Baba It was announced in Sathya Sai Baba centers round the world a decade ago that Sathya Sai Baba was a candidate for a Nobel Peace Prize. Despite a visit by Dr. Michael Noble, a great grandson of Alfred Nobel, who falsely claimed to represent the Nobel Foundation, Sathya Sai Baba was never mentioned by the Nobel Committee. BBC and Other Film Footage Shows India’s Top Guru Sathya Sai Baba Faking Miracles This wealthy and highly authoritarian organization, which seeks to infiltrate mainstream civic, religious, education and political venues, will not be so frank as to show the waverers the BBC's revealing documentary 'The Secret Swami'

Isaac Tigrett. Selling Out Those Condemned to a House Of Blues Tigrett granted the ’probability’ that the allegations of sexual abuse of boys and young men were true, but he still adheres to his guru - saying he would not change if Sai baba went out and murdered someone tomorrow. He is reportedly now living at Puttaparthi.

India will lead the world - Sathya Sai Baba He continues to make impossible predictions about how he is reviving morality and values in India to the extent that this State will unify the entire world!. His predictions on this from the 1960s have long since failed.. as have many of his fantastic boasting pronouncements about himself and his organization

Sathya Sai Baba Man, Gerald Moreno: Islamic Terrorism Issue One of Gerald Moreno’s myriad character assassination forays against former Sai Baba devotee critics (and others like the Indian Rationalist B.Premanand and the independent British scholar Kevin Shepherd) has been the attempt to make it seem as though Barry Pittard would incite Islamic terrorism.

Murders in the Prashanthi temple – reflections 1 On how I came to learn of the murders in the bedroom of Sai Baba, and how - despite misgivings - I rationalized the matter for some years until I was awoken to the realities by V.K. Narasimhan's private confidences. Continuation of this issue in Murders in the Prashanthi temple - reflections 2

Sathya Sai Baba Sect and Its Hidden Agendas. A Caution Sectarian devotees around the world speak constantly of Truth, Right Conduct, Peace, Love and Non-Violence. They behave outwardly as having the appearance of professional and ethical responsibility. But there is are hidden agendas...

World leaders and Sathya Sai Baba who welcomes all important and rich persons, especially Presidents, Prime Ministers and royalty, always giving them pride of place over all who work selflessly for him. The super-rich despots - the King and Queen of Nepal - were among those so privileged - but not long after they were both shot down by their son! So much for Sai Baba's much vaunted 'grace and protection' of his worshippers.

Sathya Sai Baba and the Vedas - part one Claming that he is the embodiment of the Vedas, Sathya Sai Baba makes extraordinary claims for the knowledge they contain, but these are not followed up by the extraordinary proofs that this would require. On the contrary, his claims are almost entirely bogus as any educated person can appreciate.
Sathya Sai Baba and the Vedas - part two

Sathya Sai Baba’s Failed Moon Miracle Under Heavy Cloud His incredible statement (via his close aide and frequent translator Professor Anil Kumar on October 4, 2008) that he would give ‘visvarupa darshanam’ on the moon ended in crowd chaos when the sky was cloud-covered and the police had a serious time preventing threats to life and limb in all the milling of the crowds who had rushed to the designated site, the Sathya Sai airport (a white elephant on sale with sweeteners for anyone fool enough to buy it).

Why Do Prominent Sathya Sai Baba Sect Critics Persist? They see that there should be the presence of best practice standards of accountability and transparency. Of these, there is, in the Sathya Sai Baba sect, an abysmal lack.

Sathya Sai Baba blessings Devotees long for Sai Baba's blessings - invariably not once but countless times. The even use devious means to try to obtain them or prove they have somehow received them.. The ways in which he supposedly blesses are countless, many devised by the heated imaginations of those who cannot face the thought that he has not given them special attention, however fleetingly.

Sathya Sai Baba and the Dalai Lama Sathya Sai Baba doers not stand comparison to the Dalai Lama as a genuinely truthful, open and humble servant of people. That is why Sai followers try to show that the Dalai Lama endorses Sathya Sai Baba. However, they have to rely on the very thinnest of pretexts to make this claim... as they also did to try to show that the Duke of Edinburgh endorsed Sathya Sai Baba. Risible stuff!
